Payment is collected at the time of sale and we accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
If you are located in California we will collect 7.25% sales tax at the time of purchase.
We ship from our office in San Francisco to anywhere in the United States. For all in stock items, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 2-5 days for transit. We're a small operation and will do our best to get you your products as quickly as we can!
If an item arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, please let us know! We will either replace your item at our expense or refund all or part of your order depending on the situation. For other returns, we will accept returns of unopened, undamaged merchandise and will refund you the cost minus shipping. Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
